Quality Inn & Suites Jasper - Kimball

Everything was perfect, very attentive staff, nice views of the mountains. Hotel's location was great and ideal, on that outlet. Moreover, it was next to a Western Sizzler restaurant.

We enjoyed a great and stunning location short walk to a steak house and fast food place and shops and a honest to god cave. We had coffee, cookies, fruit, bacon and hot waffles for breakfast and it was good.

The room I stayed in had a musty smell and needed a good clean. The sheets had hair and some black fuzz on them, which definitely raised concerns about cleanliness. The bathroom wasn't much better-peeling paint and it didn't seem fresh. The mattresses were uncomfortable too, was like they'd seen better days. Breakfast was decent though, with a good selection, but I just wasn't impressed by the room overall.

The staff were friendly, and the shower had great pressure.

The service was lovely, and our family, including our non-service dog, felt welcomed. The newly upgraded rooms were cozy and the beds were super comfortable!

My kids wished there were more activities for them to enjoy while we relaxed.

The location was quite convenient for my travels, and the friendly staff made check-in easy. The room cleanliness left much to be desired, with dust in corners and a musty odor. It’s decent for a quick stop, but definitely needs some attention in housekeeping.

Quality inn has some great amenities like free wifi and a fitness centre. The location is superb, close to popular areas. The housekeeper's efforts could improve, but i appreciated the prompt service from the front desk when we needed to change rooms.

Clean room, friendly staff, easy access to Lovell Field Airport, and the complimentary breakfast provided a great start to our day exploring the city.

I stayed here for a short transit and found the beds very comfortable with nice updates to the bathroom. The shower pressure was excellent, and the location provided easy access to nearby attractions. There was a notable lack of attention to housekeeping on my second day, as they didn’t make the beds or replenish toiletries. It was a decent spot for a quick stop when traveling.

The room was comfy and had a gorgeous mountain view. I loved the colorful carpets. The shower was awesome after a long drive, and the breakfast had a fab variety. Just wish they'd pay a bit more attention to cleaning, like vacuuming better. Still, a nice spot to kick back!

The amazing mountain views were a highlight, and the breakfast options provided a satisfying start to the day. Although we encountered a minor issue with the electronic door key, the staff swiftly resolved it with a smile.

The spacious King Room was a highlight, although the musty smell detracted from the atmosphere. Breakfast featured a delicious variety, including cinnamon rolls, but some items were cold. The housekeeping staff disregarded the Do Not Disturb sign, a significant breach of privacy. The experience balanced comfort with noticeable downsides.
